Attend a Meeting
The best way to get started is by joining us at a meeting. We come together to discuss local issues, share updates, and plan upcoming activities. Meetings are open to everyone — whether you’re a lifelong Democrat, newly registered, or just curious about what we’re working on. Your perspective and energy are always welcome.
We meet monthly, usually on the third Thursday. We often meet at Pizza Ranch in Sturgis. The meetings typically begin at 6 pm for a social hour and time to eat, with the meeting beginning at 7 pm. Our meetings include guest speakers on local issues, planning for voter engagement, and volunteer coordination. The meetings are fun and casual. Volunteer Your Time
Volunteers are the heart of our organization. From helping at events, knocking on doors, making phone calls, writing newsletter articles, helping with social media, or even bringing snacks for meetings, there are countless ways to contribute. No matter your skills or schedule, we can find a place for you on the team. Every hour of your time helps move our mission forward.
